Subcontracting

Testing services required by client’s and which are not offered by Scientifica maybe subcontracted to third-party NATA accredited contract testing laboratories such as: SGS, Eurofins, ALS, ELS, NMI, SAL, SESL as required and with approval from the client. All sub-contracted testing shall be recorded on the Scientifica Sample Receipt Notice (SRN), internal chain of custody between Scientifica and the third-party sub-contract laboratory and on final Scientifica Laboratory Reports as required by NATA Accreditation  ISO-17025 (2017).

NATA endorsed/accredited test data reported by third-party contract laboratories maybe transcribed into Scientifica Laboratory Reports if details of the subcontract testing laboratory NATA accreditation number, laboratory name, test method code and data/LOR’s/qualifying comments are included in the transcription to clearly indicate authenticity/transparency of test data results for client awareness.
