SECOND: Please contact laboratory (original report issuer) using the Authenticate Report Form button below to verify the authenticity of the NATA Accredited Laboratory Reports you are reviewing if you need to check for potential document or data fraud, alteration, falsification and any other suspicious document  issues. (This opens an email page which requests: Scientifica Lab Report Number, Company Name, Company ABN, Name of person Requesting Report authentication, email address, telephone number, company website). 

THIRD:  Once Scientifica receives your request to authenticate the NATA  Accredited Laboratory Reports you are reviewing, the laboratory shall  contact the original laboratory report recipient to acquire permission  to provide a copy of the original laboratory report to third parties. If permission is granted, a copy of the original NATA Accredited  Laboratory Reports you are requesting authentication for shall be  emailed to you as a PDF document with the original recipient cc-emailed  for situational awareness.
