Scientifica Project innovation & invention services are available to clients seeking to conduct proof-of-concept sampling/testing to verify/validate innovative chemical treatment process or supporting data for a Provisional Patent Claims associated with novel/inventive process and/or method/apparatus IP. Many novel/inventive ideas arise from people who do not have access to sampling/testing laboratory spaces and may not be familiar with the Provisional
Patent submission process that progresses through to PTC, then National Phase Entry in selected patent territories prior to each patent territory office reaching a Patent decision to grant and/or allow modified patent claims. Scientifica Project innovation & invention services can assist Patent submissions create data to support Patent claims which may assist a Patent Office examiner understand and verify whether specific Patent claims are valid.
Scientifica innovation & invention services offer various inventor entitlement IP transfer/assignment to clients seeking partial/full IP Patent ownership as the Patent Applicant. Scientifica Invention fees to conduct bench-scale experiments with sampling/testing are dependent upon whether the client seeks partial/full Patent ownership.
Scientifica offers laboratory bench space for third-party rent to conduct experiments. Clients may conduct their own experiments in rented space using their own labour and equipment or alternatively contract Scientifica to appoint a team of scientists from within our network of professional collaborations including ‘in-residence’ academics to conduct laboratory experiments and testing programs to an agreed scope of works, including IP ownership rights and assignment.
Experiment timelines, rates and IP ownership are typically more commercially acceptable to business clients compared to that commonly offered by Australian Universities and their legal departments.
